About the role
As our first GTM (Go-to-Market) hire, you will be the driving force behind Newtone's commercial success, working directly with the CEO to build and scale our market presence. This role combines growth, marketing, sales, and customer success responsibilities, with a strong focus on enterprise deals.
You'll have the autonomy to shape our entire GTM strategy and execute across multiple functions. This is a hands-on role where you'll wear many hats - from crafting marketing strategies to closing enterprise deals and ensuring customer success. As we grow, there's a clear path to evolve into a senior leadership position (Head of/VP in a GTM function).
Your key responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO to design and implement the foundational GTM strategy for Newtone, setting the groundwork for how we scale.
- Shape our market positioning and value proposition across different enterprise segments, defining how we articulate our unique product differentiation
- Build and execute our enterprise sales playbook from scratch, including sales methodologies, pricing strategies, and deal structures
- Create our systematic approach to market expansion, identifying and prioritizing key verticals and use cases
- Establish Newtone's brand as a thought leader in the AI space through strategic content, speaking engagements and trade shows
- Architect our customer success framework to drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy among enterprise clients
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliance programs to accelerate market penetration and create competitive moats
- Build and optimize our GTM tech stack and analytics framework to enable data-driven decision making
- Work closely with the founding team to ensure GTM strategy aligns with product vision and technological capabilities
